Pros

- Eligible to get RM13 credit in Food Panda everyday but only if you are working in office. Well, RM13 it's really not much because when you are ordering from Food Panda the amount given will only cover delivery fees etc. - Some celebrations and mini activities to do (well I guess every company does this). Thumbs up to the corporate PR team. - Staffs from different background and nationalities.

Cons

- CEO would hire inexperienced Manager/staffs to handle the project because he has the mindset that everyone can be trained (he gonna make the whole decision anyway) but also it's because he is so cheap to pay a decent salary. He would make a decision on every single thing and if it's not working he would blame the staffs though the decision was his. CEO and Manager don't have any basic knowledge on the project and setting unreasonable KPI. CEO won't praise you if you have done a good job and wont be satisfied with your work coz he will just want to exploit you more and more. He would give you a lot of works but when it comes to giving your bonus, it's the worst company that has given me bonus when it comes the the amount. Only few hundreds after all of works and extra hours you put into. The annual 360 reviews are irrelevant and ridiculous , they would ask other staffs to review your work while the staffs don't actually work with you on the project. Also the HR would promise to give you 10-20% of increment after a year, but it was never the case and you already started your salary as lowest as they can give. With all the works, it really is not worth it! The CEO will take it personally when it comes to staffs who wanting to resign and sometimes threaten them if they are going to. However, when it comes to him firing people he would easily says "it's business". Lastly, so many staffs were hired because so many people were fired or left the company. So my advice to you, better not to apply to any of the CEO's owned company because of his inability to hire the right person for the job which may cause your contract gets dismissed during your probation period

Pros

It is a job and something to show on your resume.

Cons

Poor "leadership" that is only interested in offering sub-par products to make a sale, but is clueless about true innovation and ethics. Top leadership is extremely ungrateful to those who actually generate revenue and it shows given that the company has been around for many years and yet is insignificant within the industry and unheard of among those working within the telecommunications industry. The CEO and the second in-command are oblivious about what it takes to run a good company. They have no concept of fairly compensating people since they rely on hiring people who are either fresh out of college and/or people desperate for a job since the countries they hire in tend to be overwhelmingly economically-challenged countries. Many people leave once they have the chance. Top leadership (including HR) is also clueless about when it comes to ethics that most fifth graders posses. Bottom line: The CEO and second in command only care when it is money that they make, but when it comes to paying people what is rightfully theirs they couldn't care less.
