Quotas make it stressful, people hate being called and can be hostile at times

If you need a job & there are none out there. It's dingy and depressing to work there. The people are OK, some of the coworkers are very nice.

extremely low pay, telemarketing rejection. Even though these people have contributed before, that may have been 10 years ago. No matter how much you say it's OK cuz it's a nonprofit, people still hate being called.
