Fast paced company trying to do something very challenging. Great place to learn and grow, but you must be self-driven and ok with rapidly changing dynamics.

Timelines are always too aggressive and never get hit. Demoralizing for the team.

- Great teammates on the floor - The product is very cool and important if it ever takes off. - Good place to work short term to learn some new skills

- Pay is not very competitive with those of us who live in PA - High turnover in management causes lack of promotions/ low morale - As a technician you don't get to write your own review so nobody will know all the projects you worked on throughout the year and the job isn't well scoped so you end up doing a lot of extra work with no recognition for it. - Design team doesn't seem to make an effort to fix issues from previous builds, we tend to repeat the same mistakes. - Deadlines are too aggressive - we hardly ever meet them.
