Pros

I have just completed my probation period (6 months) and I have to say that Form3 is a great place to work: - Great deal of learning opportunities. We work with technologies that are very well valued in the IT market (AWS, GCP, Go, Devops). Also there is the opportunityy of doing rotations to other teams. I did so and it helped me a lot to see problems from other perspective - Good compensation and benefits (London salary working remotely) - Overall good spirit. Lots of senior colleagues to learn from. - You can choose your working hours with great flexibility

Cons

A bit hectic with the whole scale up process. The learning curve is quite steep (although not overwhelming). Fully remote working makes a bit difficult to stay in touch with people. There might be some risk for the success to stick in the near future (as I see it)

Pros

Seriously some of the smartest and nicest people I have ever had the opportunity to work with. Great culture and the technology is the real deal so it's nice to be able to position solutions to clients you know you can deliver.

Cons

UK headquartered company that is still growing in the US. Target market is large banks who can be slow to move

Pros

Colleagues are incredibly intelligent and motivated, but their efforts are consistently undermined by a lack of support from management.

Cons

Recent layoffs were handled poorly, with no regard for the individuals affected. I was laid off and my manager never even spoke to me to say goodbye. In fact, management doesn't inform anyone when someone is let go, so you usually only find out when someone's account is deactivated. The CEO appears out of their depth and lacks a clear vision for the company. This created an atmosphere of uncertainty and fear. While the work itself was engaging, the toxic culture ultimately outweighs any positives.
