Salary is competitive with the industry. Generous PTO. 10 days company holidays. Great legacy Cascade Microtech people. Flexible hours depending on which department you work in.
Cons
FormFactor upper management' poor decision making without the knowledge and experience. It is about 'do it now' rather then 'do it right'. Unfair employee management style.
