      Pros

      Great leadership and provided amazing coaching/training for Personal Trainers. Very knowledgeable and was always developing the skills and offering education so trainers could learn and grow. Flexible schedule. Membership team is always doing their best to provide leads for trainers and add to their appointment books. Fun environment.

      Pros

      You have the ability to make an impact on one of the most unique and special fitness concepts ever created. I'm never micromanaged and am empowered to do what I feel is best for my team members and club members. Pay is great and management really cares about their team. CULTURE, CULTURE, CULTURE

      It's a family owned business and we are still working on solidifying systems.
