No cons come to mind, but be aware this is definitely a highly demanding company of quality. It can be intense some days, but that comes with this kind of business.

Our products are cool and superior to anything else in the market, there is fantastic variety in what we do every day, and the company is constantly evolving. There is a big focus on improvement, and customers are always taken care of. Management cares a lot about people and has excellent values. There is a lot of flexibility in work schedules.

Management is sometimes too patient with people who aren't team players. The constant change and ambiguity in a custom manufacturing environment is not for everyone. If you like a highly structured environment, Formaspace is not for you.
