Pros
Everything. This is a great place to work if you do your job. Everyone is friendly, kind and courteous. The managers always take the time to invest in us as employees and train us. There are some people who do not do their jobs and those are the reviews you see that are bad, because those people have been let go because they are up talking or walking around or in the bathroom for 45 minutes. If you can sit in your chair and answer the phone for our patients then you are a good hard worker and are appreciated. I feel that I make a difference in the lives of Formativ's patients that they help. Formativ is also growing. Its nice to work for a company with so much growth potential, its easy to get promoted to senior or supervisor if you are a dedicated worker.
Cons
Not a lot of fun activities, but that is just because everyone is busy helping our patients!
