Pros
- Excellent on-boarding process for 100% remote roles, with slick provision of equipment and information transfer / role handover period. - Wonderful down to earth bunch of colleagues, who are so friendly and welcoming you quickly become part of the furniture. - Culture - People are accepted for who they are and aren't expected to live up to any perceived stereotype. - Watercooler chat gives a feeling of togetherness despite the far-flung locations of some of the team across the globe. - Regular Informedix sessions where all of us can join for business updates, introduction of new starters and the opportunity to present to the organisation. - Fantastic working pattern where we can all benefit from a 4-day working week, providing excellent flexibility for modern family life. - First rate Private Healthcare package. - Good interaction across the business from all levels of management and CEO. - Regular social events face to face and virtual. - No micromanagement
Cons
- Not living close enough to the office to partake in the face to face social events! On a more serious note: - Due to the size of the organisation there isn't really a benefits package aside from the private healthcare and statutory pension. That said, the 4 day working week, flexibility and healthcare package really make such a difference to working life that this would definitely outweigh some of the less beneficial 'benefits' packages out there at larger organisations.
