My experience with this company was marked by an excessive level of micro-management, unlike anything I’ve encountered elsewhere. There was little regard for employee wellbeing, and insensitive remarks often went unchecked. The work environment prioritised relentless pressure over respect or support, which made it incredibly difficult to thrive. I can confirm the use of surveillance mentioned in the previous review. The workplace is characterised by constant monitoring and a lack of autonomy throughout the entire shift. Movement is highly restricted during working hours. Bathroom breaks are the only time you get to take a breather, but even then if you go over a few minutes, you’ll be questioned why you took so long. The same goes for your 30-min lunch breaks.
