      Great benefits. If you like a busy day, where 8 hrs just fly by, Formica is the place for you.

      Cons

      No time to get catched up on everything on your desk, every single day. If your a Type A, it might drive you nuts. Getting an answer from different department can takes days, while your working on a project.

      Pros

      Easy job on day to day tasks. But that’s only because management is severely lacking. Decent pay, company vehicle, typical benefits (health care, 401k, etc.)

      Cons

      Management structure with No direction, No focus or a real understanding of what influences end user buying decisions. They don’t even perform a basic market swat analysis to understand what they could be doing better. Why? Because we invented this stuff, and have been doing it for 110+ years do we know it all. Well then, enjoy your 30% market share there buddy.
