      Reasonable wage; on-site gym; private health care scheme; could have been a good experience, had it not been for the disgraceful behaviour of my Line Manager..

      Run down premises; filthy welfare facilities; lured with false promises of development which werent true; dreadful line manager

      Pros

      Easy job on day to day tasks. But that’s only because management is severely lacking. Decent pay, company vehicle, typical benefits (health care, 401k, etc.)

      Cons

      Management structure with No direction, No focus or a real understanding of what influences end user buying decisions. They don’t even perform a basic market swat analysis to understand what they could be doing better. Why? Because we invented this stuff, and have been doing it for 110+ years do we know it all. Well then, enjoy your 30% market share there buddy.
