      None. They are only out for themselves.

      Cons

      They use people to make money with no real concern for their employees. Very political. Not based on talent or experience. They have their bases covered to keep from having to be held responsible for their action. No real management with knowledge or ability. Not a good company in my opinion.

      Pros

      Easy job on day to day tasks. But that’s only because management is severely lacking. Decent pay, company vehicle, typical benefits (health care, 401k, etc.)

      Cons

      Management structure with No direction, No focus or a real understanding of what influences end user buying decisions. They don’t even perform a basic market swat analysis to understand what they could be doing better. Why? Because we invented this stuff, and have been doing it for 110+ years do we know it all. Well then, enjoy your 30% market share there buddy.
