Pros
Nothing is good to explain.Only one word for them is Terrible. It is only good if you have some relative at higher management level as this is just BHAI-BHATIJA company.If you don't have options then wait for some time and find other options available in Jaipur, but don't join else you can go through the mental trauma specially in Operation department-Private Equity.
Cons
1. No job security , No salary hike and appraisal from last 2 years. 2. No leave policy . 3. Hostile Environment. 4. Security issues for females employees as Sr.Manager (Operation department -Private Equity) texted at night and pressured to meet outside office . HR is just a puppet to management , so they cann't take POSH complains and after that they will trapped you in some sort of stuff just to terminate you at any cost or you will put the resignation. 5. No work-life balance. 6. No Growth and learning only exploitation. 7. As they are loosing funds , but they will not fire you , they will torture you at that level where you will look for any options just for sake out from the company.
