Pros
Really cool technology, machine shop, free printing, and mostly good co-workers, good place to start off if you are in design (there are good things, this is not meant to say everyone should stay away, just know what you're getting into and decide if it's worth it), and free lunch
Cons
Very little support, they care about results and not people, pay is not competitive, little growth opportunities, eager to blame people/gossip
