You name it its a problem. Bad leadership, constantly lying to their employees about the future of the company, no procedures in place for training or basic daily operations. Management is overbearing and does nothing to actually help out with the company's advancement. Once you're in your stuck in that spot with no advancement as they will only hire outside the company for higher positions. Ceo is likely to throw a temper tantrum and belittle you or punch equipment. However if your a smooth talker and don't actually wanna work then this is the place for you. Weather its for a few months or even years if you play buddy buddy with the boss and talk a good game your a shoe in for sure. Prepare to work with miniscule amount of people at maximum expectations.
