      Work life balance and pay was decent.

      Cons

      Not much room for growth. If you did not know anyone, you’d basically be an outcast while everyone became a clique.DO NOT EXPECT ANY RAISES!

      Wonderful social work staff. Working environment is with other social workers in a shared office space and not with a case manager on a single floor.

      Cons

      Extremely fast paced environment with several moving parts.
