They take anyone regardless of experience or work knowledge. That’s about it.

Most toxic environment you could possibly work in and it starts from the top. Management makes every issue worse instead of helping to solve problems but always blames the employee. Turn over is high for a reason. Pay does not match what you are asked to do…lord help you if you go salary. That is unless it’s an executive position…then you can work -30hrs take a 45 min lunch break and make the same without taking PTO as people working 60-70 per week. DO NOT WORK HERE!!!!! This is your legit warning
