Pros
Since starting from an entry level position, they taught me everything I know about the beer industry. I have met many interesting, hard-working and fun-loving people, in addition to participating in many awesome FP-sponsored events.
One of my favorite things about working here is that is a value-driven company, looking for innovative ways of brewing, transporting and marketing their beer. They really take care of their employees with so many benefits and at the same time expect more than a job where you punch-in and out.
In addition to the brewery side of things, their restaurants are all sooo good. Mill Valley Beer Works, the S.F. Ferry Building tasting room, Black Sands Brewery and now Fort Point Valencia are all amazing restaurants in their own right.
Cons
Because there has been a lot of growth recently, it comes with growing pains such as keeping up with labor demands and figuring out how to meet the needs of the company.
