      A lot of the employees really care about the community.

      Cons

      -Management doesn't care about the employees and don't care how much it shows. -Any creativity you have will be squashed by management and you are told to do what they say no matter what. -Management ignores what the community is asking for.

      Corrupt and Inept Management, Verbal and Physical abuse/threats from patrons, homeless problem, drug addict problem, over worked, and underpaid.
