Pros
First thing first, Great and New product to work upon. Interesting product to build, as it uses new technology "runtime encryption". Securing data that is memory, while it is being processing? Interesting right? Hence, I like to work here. Also, good employee benefits, flexible work timings, nice culture. Moreover, very good people to work with and learn from.
Cons
Slightly difficult to manage work life balance. But, I would say it depends on individual and how you stick to commitments, finish and move to personal life.
