The recent bad reviews unfortunately have been written by a former employee released for cause (poor performance). This reaction is disappointing and reflects poorly on them. The leadership is strong, involved, experienced and transformative. The culture is transitioning and the work environment is exciting.
Cons
Growing at over 2X, Fortanix is transitioning from a start-up to a high growth company. Employees need to make some adjustments to make the transition successfully. The things that you do as a start-up may not translate as you build into a scalable long term organization.
