HR harassed people to fill out positive work environment ratings with a constant barrage of messages. C level and VPs have managed to ruin every element of a positive culture this company had left in a matter of months. If you aren't part of the inner circle your production doesn't matter. They will find a way to blame you to hide their own short comings quarter after quarter. You can get promoted multiple times while failing in each position along the way up the latter if your in the inner circle. Don't be fooled...VPs and above do not care about employees and think their titles give them the right to harass and belittle employees.. News flash this isn't the 1980s...Avoid at all cost.
