Pros
Paraclete has all the right stuff that ALL start ups should have. Values that are not just something posted somewhere that no one reads, but actually reviewed and talked about weekly. It helps us as a founding team set the company ethos of who we are, what we do, why we do it, and how we'll behave. It's fast paced, and there's lots to do. But I could not be working alongside a better team!
Cons
It's not really a "con" as it is just a "real thing to consider"... Start up life is challenging. And by start up... I mean founding team. It's scrappy, and sometimes emotionally challenging. One day you're riding high and the next you are wondering what the heck you're doing... what's it all for. I do NOT recommend startup life for the faint at heart, or for those who want to do their normal job day in and out. However, I would not change this for anything.
