Manager is very friendly, and willing answer the questions that you have. And always gave you suggestions about what next step you should do. People here are also friendly
The owner will micro manage you so hard you will want to find a new profession.
The owner is very degrading and discouraging and will often say that the offshore team is way better then "you guys". I overheard several conversations with offshore where he said the same thing about offshore to them. "The US is so much better then you guys". Clearly not honest.
The owner has no idea about software and will make wild assumptions about deadlines and what you can and can't accomplish.
You are given a single monitor with a built in computer that seems like he bought at whole sale from 2005.
I was not given my PTO information, I had to request if I wanted my total from the head of HR.....who was also the secretary and who would also not provide the rate or calculation of PTO and would insist that you just ask when you wanted to know how much you had.
