If you’re really looking to grow your career in sales specially in the financial side, then Auctrix is a good place to work in. We were provided with remarkable training program that helped us improve a lot in the sales practice. The management is also realistic and they really battle it out with the client if need be just to make sure we are setting realistic targets. They are also transparent about how business must do its best to get more clients and provide more jobs consequently. I have grown personally too well with the company and I am looking forward to staying more.

Not really a con but pressure is given with the job so yeah.

The interview process is reasonable and practical. The process helped me understand if I'm even fit for the role and they give really good feedback even when like some of my friends did not make it. All of them were saying they learned something from the owners who conducted the final interviews personally. They're very promising and I hope they stay and really up the game in Legazpi! Now, I'm glad I'm part of the team!

Still a fresh BPO in town so I hope they gain more clients so they can accommodate more hungry applicants. :)
