The interview process is reasonable and practical. The process helped me understand if I'm even fit for the role and they give really good feedback even when like some of my friends did not make it. All of them were saying they learned something from the owners who conducted the final interviews personally. They're very promising and I hope they stay and really up the game in Legazpi! Now, I'm glad I'm part of the team!

Still a fresh BPO in town so I hope they gain more clients so they can accommodate more hungry applicants. :)

Management is hands on and they tell you what you must know about how a business runs and what role employees play to help others have opportunity for decent work with good pay. When there are issues raised, all you have to do is be honest and they will do the same in giving their thoughts. No BS. When you make a mistake they will make sure that you understand the impact and help you get back on your feet as soon as you don't cause other employees their jobs.
