      Pros

      Great place, colleagues are kind and polite and genuinely helpful. Office is in great location near the train and company events are well thought and fun. It has a great WLB and managers are also approachable. It seems like the culture is in very great place for Forter.

      Cons

      It feels like not all are in "get work done" attitude and there's some miscommunication between departments which makes progress slower than it could be.

      Pros

      Great company culture in office in nyc, we have other offices around the world but can't speak much on those, there is a great emphasis on culture, no toxicity at all from what I've seen. Great benefits, half day Fridays every week in the US. Upper management is extremely transparent on how the company is doing with frequent all-hands meetings to share big picture progress.
