Pros
I’ve been at Forter for 6 years and have seen us scale to nearly 3x the number of employees since I joined. That kind of growth has also translated into career opportunities for me personally, moving from an IC role into leadership. We’re solving real, complex problems for Fortune 500 brands with a platform powered by AI/ML. It feels meaningful to work on a product that has both strong market potential and real-world impact. The people here are talented, passionate, and collaborative. It’s easy to feel a sense of loyalty to the team. Strong outlook and continued investment in the business makes me optimistic about the future.
Cons
Leadership changes can sometimes feel disruptive, but they seem to be part of the natural process of scaling and aligning to what the market is demanding. Wins that should be replicable often take longer than expected to materialize. Long sales cycles and multimillion-dollar ACVs mean that success doesn’t always scale as quickly as it could. Growth can feel a bit clumpy at times, with priorities and culture shifting as the company continues evolving.
