      Free parking. Close to Tim Hortons.

      Cons

      Old management style. Owners don't trust, micro-manage everyone and everything. Lack of vision and no clear mission. A technology company that doesn't invest in technology and doesn't educate their employees in technology - but rather invests almost everything in "looking good".
