      -Great management, they really want you to succeed! -Promotes from within -Great ramping quota -Company is growing YoY -Stock Bonus at sign up (vests over 4 years)

      Cons

      -Quotas aren't calculated on previous performance which has caused many people to leave. Goes up every year which can be challenging -Competitive Industry
