      I dont see any good reason to join

      Cons

      It be a waste of time working here. Work for 5years, and new hire will have higher salary than you. No salary adjustment, full of trash talk from upper management. Brainwash skill the best, trying to manipulate anything to your fault.

      1. WLB is good. Working hours are flexible. I can go to the office at 11 2. No politics in the office 3. No micro-management

      The only down side is the pay for an enterprise sales rep is low compared to industry average.
