      **Ignore some of the more positive ratings - the company asks employees in many locations to review in their first few months prior to really understanding the bad culture -Good benefits & dog friendly

      Cons

      -Low salary -No work life balance at all -No "perks" around the office -Lacks diversity, especially in engineering -CEO and CTO have say in areas of the company that they know nothing about

      1. WLB is good. Working hours are flexible. I can go to the office at 11 2. No politics in the office 3. No micro-management

      The only down side is the pay for an enterprise sales rep is low compared to industry average.
