      Competitive salary and decent benefits.

      Cons

      Very political environment with clear favoritism and internal lobbying between friends and leadership circles. Career growth felt more based on visibility and personal relationships than actual performance or technical contributions. Employees are often told their work is appreciated, but meaningful recognition, promotions, or career progression rarely happen. Management communication during organizational changes was poor and lacked transparency. Long-term employees could be let go with little explanation or support, making people feel disposable despite years of dedication and strong delivery. The company culture promotes the image of growth and collaboration, but in practice many employees feel undervalued and ignored.

      Pros

      I could not ask for a better team to work with. We are very well aligned on goals and strategies across the entire company. Those goals push us to define strategies that make every person here feel part of the process to bring games to market. We are encouraged here to voice our opinions at every level and have our say. I wouldn't want to work anywhere else right now.

      Cons

      There are times when I get lost in corporate paperwork and tracking. This can be discouraging at times. I try to carve out time in my day to process the paperwork, ensuring it gets done without too much injury.
