Cons
Dishonest company, misleading from the very start until the very end. You do not work in "events" like they tell you, you stand outside in the freezing cold selling TALK TALK to the public who rudely reject you. They do not mention how it is 100% commission based, there is absolutely no salary whatsoever. However, you don't even get 100% of the commission, most of it goes to the people above you in the company. They make you feel really special by saying how impressed they are with your CV but they say that to everyone to lure them in. They mention how competitive the job role is - they literally accept everyone. It is a pyramid scheme, they want to hire more distributors (bottom of the pyramid) in order to earn more money themselves. You have to travel up and down the country everyday, work 12 hours everyday with no guarantee that you will make any money. Pay for your own travel expenses. Do NOT be fooled by the big numbers they throw around in conversation, it's all a ploy. Stay away from this company, it is a massive waste of time.
