No bad points, very good place

•Great benefits ($5,000 annually to assist you in learning new skills for example) •Pay is up to market (at least for now) •Innovative company •Company hires some of the best minds in the industry

•Communication issues across all teams is not common but expected •Some people have no business being managers, the company is finally starting to realize this so this may not be an issue going forward •IT and HR are often times hard to get in touch with and not always helpful. Downside of a young company, this should get better with time.
