Very high turnover. Poor, disconnected, condescending, ineffective, incapable, and inept leadership. Terrible onboarding and training. Very competitive, cliquey, negative, selfish, workaholic culture. HR director does not foster a comfortable and inclusive work environment, requiring mandatory presentations to include individual's sexual orientation and religious beliefs. Poor quality products, bad delivery times, poor communication with customers, bad customer service. Very little process documentation. Next to no current marketing material. Micromanagement 101. No career planning or personal development planning. Little to no mentorship opportunity. Spin-off of companies planned Q4 '25.
