Cons
- Must incorporate to be an administrator - Administrative management team pick their favorites, and if they don't like you or your ideas to improve the company, they will let you go. - Use hiring agency to get their administrative employees - and then fire them before their 6 months money-back guarantee is up. This results in a refund from the hiring agency. Why said hiring agency hasn't figured this out by now is beyond me. - Extremely high turnover rate among administrative staff. - Low morale among administrators who feel demoralized and let down 99% of the time. - No benefits/vacation time/sick time While the hourly wage may be high, please note you end up getting less money due to income tax and incorporation fees.
