Employee equity dispersement and overall plans are constantly changing. 2-3 mass layoffs occur annually. Extreme micromanagement with redundant processes and reporting requirements even while on vacation. Little to no work life balance. A faction of tenured employees operates autonomously without oversight or accountability which disrupts multiple lines of business. Leadership will be the first to take credit for any employees’ achievements or ideas in lieu of crediting the employee. No professional growth potential
