Pros
Work pressure is managable is and the timings are flexible. Thats the only positive.
Cons
Content team is not innovative and there is not much to learn. Company does not focus on the quality of product and does not value talent that can bring value to product. Meeting deadline is the only metric for good performance. For new projects they do hire and fire. Let people go without severence once the project is done. Management is not supportive, HR non existent. Older reviews may not be valid as the atmosphere was better in 2020-2021. Right now work culture has deteriorated to the core.
