Pros
They force everyone to act nice. They waited until after the 100 year anniversary/celebration of the Milwaukee masterlock factory before moving it to Mexico and Firing everyone. It's like Menudo.; all the people they "lay off" are over 50 and have health issues. They actually fired a terminally ill manager who died less than 5 months after he was let go. This is who they are.
Cons
They fire people in order to afford to pay bonuses, when they decide to pay bonuses. They discourage people to discuss pay because they pay women significantly less than the men.
