Glib talker with a lot of deceit. Will not give you what has been promised across the table.
Cons
A few of them are... 1.They don't communicate with you properly 2. Will not pay you even after you have completed the job 3.Will find faults with your work after 15 days and stop the payments. 4.No growth at all.
