As a fresher if you dint get job anywhere this is the place where you can join because you will be put into different projects every 2-3 months you can be at least jack of all
Cons
This company cheats its employee by deducting PF from everyone but does not create PF account for anyone. I have called 100 times in assistant manager regarding my PF amount the person never attend my calls or reply to my e mail. Once anyone put their paper, they will start behaving strangely. CEO trust Assistant HR manager blindly. He does not know that what is happening inside and believe assistant HR Manager is very capable, the person cant even handle a small work and speak in front of a group of people, she make her juniors work and take all credit, if she feels some of her junior is smart enough she will make sure that person is out of the company so that her position is always safe.
