No job security - zero hour or FTCs - management very unprofessional, not knowledgeable. Organisation rife with bullying and staff are not equipped to deal with risk - hence multiple stabbings and serious assaults against staff. Forum lost the tender for a project in Southport, the new organisation who won the bid were appalled at the condition the service had been left in - it has the worst reputation across Merseyside services. Somewhat of a running joke amongst housing and frontline professionals. Avoid at all costs.
