      Location and Flexibility are very good.

      Cons

      Very political, feels like you are working for a government. Lots of favouritism in the processes. There are no apparent consequences / accountability taken for the actions of senior leaders. Senior leaders are very cliquey. Systems make it feel like you are working in the 90s.
