This company is so massively under resourced, the partners at the time I was there were so keen on retention because the staff turn over was huge! The resolution to retention was to throw money at any problem that arose instead of listening to the concerns that the staff needed. Training was so close to non and the expectations were close to impossible! Your face needs to fit here and if you don’t appease certain people, you’re out! HR related issues are left unresolved and there is no consistency across the whole company, well-being isn’t considered at all and you are expected to work around the clock and this is in every area of the business. Staff moral is terrible and they think throwing a pizza bf a beer every now and again is enough to keep you loyal. Like I said, if I could score if I could
