management -bad manager, over micromanaging your staffs. -high turnover due to toxic manager from singapore in payroll department -always looking for other people mistakes and expect people to only listen to your opinion but turn a blind eye when we try to communicate -very incompetent manager, always looking for mistakes, but when its her mistakes, just laugh it off pantry -the SG HQ really are bias. did not provide enough budget for snack for staff here in malaysia. till other colleauge need to join hands collecting money to buy snacks. i did not join that movement as it is ridiculous. salary -we work for SG clients, but got paid in MYR. they truly knows how to find cheap employees - Malaysian. -very cheap benefit, with all the hardwork you put on, you'll be denied with OT payment. you need to basically beg to be paid for OT. most staffs prefer to work for free till late at night as it is SO HARD to claim for OT, because they will assume your bad at time management. very hard even it is only for Rm70 which is they only pay SGD20 -the manager will call you for an hour for an explanation why you need OT, when she knows its a peak period and expect to complete on basic hour. NO IT CANNOT, WE KNOW HOW TO MANAGE OUR TIME LAHH its so hard to perform in your work when the management is bad and manager and the whole team did not appreciate your hard work!
