      - Study leave for completing exams - The firm prioritises exams over audit work, and Managers understand the need to study. - Socials for going out. - Good people - Fast growing firm with lots of opportunities for progression

      Cons

      - Can be very long hours if you have deadlines. - Workload is very high in 'busy season', January to March - Have to negotiate with Managers on jobs for annual leave - Annual leave has to be booked 6 months in advance - Some managers message outside of working hours
