I have been working for Forward Science for a year and I am privileged to be apart of this family. The company allows you to excel in what you do best in and allows room for growth. It is very flexible and more of a laid back company. Everyone here gets along well. There is an open door policy and you don't feel intimidated to speak your voice. Everyone truly cares and wants to help you to do your best so we can excel as a team. We have grown immensely since I started and I am proud to be apart of that growth. I love working for Forward Science and can't imagine why anyone wouldn't want to work here.
