Worst place to work - Anonymous employee Forward Service Corporation Employee Review

Leadership was out to save their own jobs and stepped on those below to look better. Training was non-existent and when you asked for help they blew you off. They ordered changes in the program that they didn't find nor did they supply the needed items for workshops and when questioned about it workers were told to figure it out. Did not back employees when clients asked for reviews because they didn't want the state finding out.
